SOLUTION ARCHITECT
My client has an opportunity for an experienced Payments Solution Architect to support the delivery of a roadmap to enable the Payments transformation Programme and support the requirement for a strategic Payments processing capability
Key Responsibility:
- Lead the design of new payment ecosystem across technology, process, integration & data design
- Implementing payments roadmap by defining common design & process standards
- Drive adoption of standards across business units, partners, vendors & implementation teams
- Influence & engage business & IT stakeholders to define payments requirements
- Work with IT specialists to deliver payments system transformation that is aligned with the organisation's target IT architecture & payments operating model
- Work with wider payments stakeholders to ensure that change and service migration principles are applied to minimise service risk and optimise delivery
- Support, mentor and develop junior team members
- Work with service assurance team throughout lifecycle of change to provide detail to ensure change is delivered into test & production environments along with integration across wider system
- Adhere to standard processes, procedures & policies including change management, audit & security
Requirements
- 5+ years working with enterprise technology
- Proven track record in the delivery of IT change in the domestic & international payments space
- Ability to communicate technically issues & strategy to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation & negotiation skills
- Experience with the following is a distinct advantage: SEPA CT, SEPA DD’s, CHAPS, FPS, BACS, EBA Clearing, FX Products, SWIFT, Sanctions, eFraud, Online Channels
- Understanding of Application, Information and Infrastructure technologies & practices
- Project and programme management planning and organisational skills
