Solutions Delivery Manager.

Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

This role is based in Dublin South

This is a great Senior IT Opportunity, to report to the Head of ICT of a large enterprise and ensure new solutions are designed and delivered optimally to meet the customers’ and businesses strategic needs

You will lead a fantastic team that includes the Project Manager, Solution Architecture Lead and the Solutions Team Lead

Solution Delivery:
� Lead and develop the Solutions team in its role of delivering Information & Communications Technology solutions to the Group
� Develop solution Quality Assurance standards and ensure all deliverables comply with these standards
� Develop solution Delivery Framework and ensure all deliverables comply with these standards
� Develop Release Manage process and ensure all deliverables comply with these standards
� Deliver all new Demands to meet agreed user requirements
� Deliver all ICT application, information and infrastructure upgrades in line with Enterprise Architecture road map
� Manage operational and capex budgets for ICT Solutions



Service Delivery:
� Provide 3rd Level support to Service Delivery team where agreed
� Build and continually develop relationships with key suppliers to increase operational capability of the Group to deliver on its business strategy



People and Organisation:
� Manage and develop how the Group engage with stakeholders and manage expectations of what can be delivered and when
� Continually improve how solutions are delivered and controlled using metrics, KPIs and process reviews



Desired Technical/Professional Competencies:
� Relevant qualification in Information Technology and or Business to HETAC Level 8
� Minimum of 10+ year’s in a management role with strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
� Excellent Communication and presentation Skills
� Excellent Interpersonal Skills
� Ability to engage with stakeholders
� Excellent Microsoft Office skills
� Strong focus on continuous development and improvement
� Concern for order and quality with a habit of monitoring and checking work or information and insisting on adherence to agreed standards.
� Excellent ICT technical knowledge to provide technical leadership for the ICT function
