This is a fantastic opportunity for a COBOL/ Mainframe Developer to join a fantastic Irish company. The role sits within a key team that supports the organisations worldwide customer base. 

Within this role you will work in a collaborative department where you will get the opportunity to learn other technology (IBM and Microsoft tech) and also work on other projects.

Daily tasks will involve estimating, documenting designing, coding the company solution to meet clients' needs while also providing support for the product. You will also be responsible to support and manager the UAT and pre-production environments. Team work and collaboration is highly encouraged. 

To be considered for this role you have to be proficient in COBOL and ideally have some financial services experience. Experience in IBM OS/390 would be helpful and understanding of the .net framework would be of huge benefit.
