BA Responsibilities:
� Identify the business needs to be covered by our solution, set expectations, identify business improvement opportunities and scope.
� Perform Business Analysis activities (i.e. requirement gathering, create specifications, workshop facilitation, interviews, business process design, reports design and business process modelling)
� Develop a detailed understanding of Saongroup's products and processes.
� Work with all internal stakeholders to translate product vision and strategy into clear requirements for delivery by our development team.
� Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvements and provide reports and updates on findings.
� Develop a close working relationship with the development team to turn business requirements into working systems.
� Ensuring that all parties involved in the Design phase understand the business requirements as agreed with the business
Requirements to apply for this Business Analyst role:
� Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an environment as a Systems/Business Analyst.
� Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people to formulate requirements, contribute to design discussions, create test cases and offer insights into industry developments
� Ability to illicit and elaborate high level business requirements and convert to detailed software functional requirements

� Strong practical experience in Business Analysis activities (i.e. requirement gathering, create specifications, workshop facilitation, business process design, reports design and business process modelling)
