Day to day:
� Excellent understanding of apps customers use while considering the commercial goals.
� You must have a background in apps including – app stores, ASO, design specific elements, device functionality and abilities/limitations per platform.
� Innovative approach to problem solving.
� Ensuring the end user has excellent understanding of the app..
� Looking at business requirements and turning them into user journeys, writing detailed acceptance criteria and carrying out your own UAT before handing it back to the business.
� Excellent communication skills with cross functional teams and enjoy building strong relationships to support the business and the Product dept.
� You need to have extensive knowledge of tools and processes used in a Mobile Product Management role. Things like JIRA, App store listings and statistics, Google Analytics, SDK’s, B2C products, usability, market research, user testing and focus groups.
Nice to have
� Knowledge of Swrve, Appsee and Firebase is considered an advantage.
