Here are the key attributes we’re looking for:
� Excellent understanding of the customer.
� Excellent approach to problem solving using simple yet innovative methods.
� Testing the boundaries to deliver exceptional Products that are innovative, in-line with strategic growth and easy to use with a UI first approach.
� Turning business requirements into journeys, writing detailed acceptance criteria and carrying out your own UAT before handing it back to the business.
� Excellent communication to support the business and the Product dept.
� Possess an innovative mindset and sharing ideas to best place a world class Product suite.
� Proficient at multi-tasking, meeting tight deadlines and working in a collaborative environment.

Nice to haves
� You need to have extensive knowledge of tools and processes used in a Product Management role. Things like JIRA, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Firebase, B2C products, CMS tools, usability, market research with customers through user testing and focus groups.
