Provide operational support in the Customer Master Data function to ensure that requests for Customer Creations/Updates are processed across a number of markets & customer groups.
Ensure Customer Master Data function meets the service and performance levels agreed between Global Financial Services and the local markets, and ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
•Act as contact for multiple markets & customer groups ( 26 Markets, 39 Entities)
•Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met
•Support the delivery of processes and services for Customer Master using external vendors/resources and partnerships.
•Monitor Customer Master Data Workflow Systems to ensure the process workflow is followed and stages completed.
•Audit daily/monthly outsourced service providers activities to ensure process have been followed. This also includes supporting documentations is saved as per work instructions.
•Conduct sample audits of Customer creations/Changes to ensure data governance and integrity
•Provide Operational Overflow Support where necessary-Create/Update Change Requests
•Provide support for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Metrics reports to Customer Master Data Lead
•Required to be flexible to respond to a dynamic, challenging and changing environment
•Flexibility around working hours required during market specified key periods (month/quarter/year-end)
•Support Customer Master Data Lead by providing cover
•Any other duties deemed appropriate by Customer Master Lead, GFS or the Market
•Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of all master data process related policies and procedures.
