My client is seeking a talented Application Support Engineer to join a successful multinational company. You will be responsible for the support of my client’s software suite.

What do I need to get this job?
2 years’ experience working within a similar role.
� Excellent knowledge of SQL
� Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
� CRM experience desirable

What will I be doing as a Implementation Engineer in this Company?
� Monitoring Incident Type, Priority, Subject, Product, Environment, Module and Status Reason.
� Should be working on escalated tickets
� Should be working on My Customer Escalated Incidents
� Installs/Upgrades
