SAP SD Business System Analyst required by realTime recruitment.
SAP SD Business System Analyst designs, configures and customizes applications and systems for the management and analysis of the company's Sales information. Provides overall system support for SAP Order to cash process including Order management, delivery, shipping and billing modules.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
� Analyzes and implements SD related changes as prioritized by IT and business owners.
� Works as part of the Order-to-Cash team accountable for resolving SAP issues, change requests, enhancements raised via the helpdesk or other through the other possible channels.
� Provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for sales and distribution related business processes and applicable IT solutions.
� Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.
� Works on assigned SAP Sales Distribution related project work and provides periodic status updates and performs work in alignment with project guidelines.
� Coordinates with peers and other IT members as well as off-shore teams to manage enhancements and provide quality support.
� Recommends enhancements to business practices to improve efficiencies.
� Plans and executes unit testing and integration testing for all changes done in SAP.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
� 8+ years of working experience in SAP OTC process
� Experience participating in (building scripts, test data etc.) in SIT and in guiding UAT
� Business process engineering expertise
� Experience with SAP SD configuration areas including: Sales Order processing including 3rd party and Intercompany Sales, billing, interface with 3rd party ordering system (B2B, B2C), SAP Pricing, Idoc and EDI & Output Control
� Ideally strong knowledge of Integration of SAP SD with:
SAP FICO
SAP MM
SAP LE
� Credit card Processing
� RICEF Functional Spec design and development
