One of Ireland’s most successful software houses requires a Service Design Manager.
The Client has enjoyed year on year success over the last 20 years and has grown into 30 countries. They provide business solutions to a host of Fortune 500 companies.
The SDM will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Coordinating the service's user requirements - such as: functional behavior, error handling, monitoring, working practices, documentation.
- Ensuring that all necessary analysis – both user requirements, and system requirements, is completed.
-Work with Stakeholders to identify clear and agreed requirements.
- Organising software development estimation meetings to provide (deliverable-to-QA chunks of work) for use by the Release & Deployment Manager.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience with, or good working knowledge of - IT Service Design, Transition and Operation.
- Mercury Domain Knowledge.
-Working knowledge IT infrastructure.
-ITIL V3 Foundation certified desirable
