Microsoft Solutions Architect

Key Skills: C#, ASP.net MVC, WCF, SQL, CRM, SharePoint

My client based in Dublin City Centre is currently seeking a Solution Architect to join their team. Below is an outline of the role for you to assess.

Microsoft Solutions Architect Key responsibilities:

� Work closely with clients to capture their requirements and provide creative solutions to their business challenges.
� Create proof of concepts for customers to demonstrate how the solution can support their objectives.
� Mentor junior members of the team, sharing technical knowledge in order to improve their technical aptitude.
� Keep up to date and maintain competency with new releases of Microsoft development technologies.
� Maintain a good understanding of Microsoft Server products and demonstrate a hands-on approach to installing and configuring environments, if required.
� Evaluate new technologies for suitability of use within the company.

Microsoft Solutions Architect Skills:

� Minimum of 10 years software development experience, including C#, ASP.NET MVC and WCF.
� Strong SQL Server experience.
� Previous experience with HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript.
� Exposure to BizTalk, TFS, SharePoint, CRM and Project Server.
� Previous consulting/professional services experience.
� Degree in software engineering, or equivalent.
� Experience and knowledge of software development processes (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
� Strong knowledge of modern design patterns and experience of their implementation.
� Strong customer focus and ability to adopt language to match customer.
� Genuine interest in growing your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced industry.
