RealTime recruitment are currently seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer for a client based in Dublin City Centre.
This is a contract role with an attractive day rate
As part of the operations team some of the day to day roles would include:
� Responding, resolving and troubleshooting 2nd level support issues on all IT issues.
� Provision of technical support to users regarding all network services and applications.
� Monitoring and evaluating the network and systems performance of all mail services including Exchange
Technical Environment Includes:
� Windows Server
� Exchange Server 2010
� Veeam Backup
You must have an EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa to be eligible for this position
