You'll join an excellent customer focused team that plans to grow 100% over the next 12 months. You will get to work side by side with other highly technical engineers who take pride in their work and provide award winning service to their illustrious list of customers.
You will take ownership of escalated issues and see them through to resolution. You'll research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve all customer issues.
This role will suit a talented problem solver who sees further escalation as the last possible resort. You will be passionate about finding a resolution to all issues and really enjoy daily problem solving.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* 3+ years Technical/Application Support experience.
* Extensive experience with both Windows and Linux based systems.
* Strong experience with Microsoft exchange.
* UNIX based OS experience.
* Some virtualisation experience would be desirable. (VMware)
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and a customer focused attitude.
