The role:
The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for the design and implementation of software projects, lead design sessions, mentor junior team members and play a key role in ensuring the quality of the solutions that we build.
Essential Experience / Skills:
- A minimum of 7 years’ development experience in Java enterprise and web applications
- Multi-tier enterprise grade applications
- Building of Web Services on Mulesoft SOA platform or equivalent
- Building of Web Services on Java / Spring Technologies
- Strong Experience on build tools like Maven and ANT
- Experience on Continuous Integration tools like Team city or Bamboo or equivalent
Desirable experience:
- Experience with Scrum and general agile development techniques:
- Java, Oracle SOA/OSB or equivalent
- Tomcat / Weblogic Application Server
- Spring framework
- SOAP and Restful Web Services
- Unix or Linux Shell Scripts
- Any database with JDBC
- XML Technologies like XSD, XPATH and XSL
- Testing frameworks like from Spring
- Build, deploy and CI methodologies
