Business Solutions Analyst-Limerick

The role/company:

This Business Solutions Analyst role is an exciting new opportunity with our key client in Limerick city. It is a permanent role. Excellent basic salary on offer for the successful candidate.

As a BSA you'll need traditional business analysis skills along with the ability to design software solutions. You'll be business focused - gathering requirements and producing solution designs but you'll also need to be technically aware and able to confidently communicate with a number of key stakeholders both internally and externally about our products.

* Technically aware with an understanding of databases and systems integration
* Dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing scope and requirements
* A logical thinker and problem solver
* Focussed on attention to detail
* Self motivated
* Able to build strong and lasting relationships
* Flexible in your approach and able to travel (often at short notice)

You have:

* Proven experience within a business solutions/systems analyst role

OR

* Previous experience within the telecoms domain with a knowledge of customer care platforms/billing/real time rating/payments
* Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
* Experience in the telecoms industry
* A background utilising CRM solutions
A knowledge/understanding of mobile networks
