The company are an established start-up who over the last 4 years have made huge strides as a business and technology company who now have a technology team of 20 people across development, QA, PM and BA's. The Software Development Manager joined the company a while back and was first tasked with introducing solid process's and introduced Scrum which has made their SDLC run a lot more effectively.

The next requirement is to hire a Test Lead who has experience setting up Automation Test process's from scratch and ability to mentor manual QA staff. 

The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has 3-5 years' experience in Automation Testing ideally in a Microsoft technology stack (other technologies are fine) and someone who has experience working with both UNIX and windows. Also if you have a broad knowledge of multiple Databases this would be a huge advantage.
