Principal Business Analyst required for a leading South Dublin based client.

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Principal Business Analyst for a leading client based in South Dublin.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Principal Business Analyst will work on a range of complex technology projects across all of our client’s products and systems. The Principal Business Analyst will work closely with internal business clients and technology professionals helping them to define and implement tools and processes to achieve viable, appropriate and sometimes market leading solutions to business problems. 

The position requires strong experience and knowledge of financial services business processes, and complex financial products.

The Principal Business Analyst will have:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the delivery of medium/large sized projects through a complete project lifecycle

• Analyse and document requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes

• Lead reviews of requirements and designs with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off of proposals

• Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure business requirements are understood

• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies

• Coordinate user testing, ensuring issues are resolved in a pragmatic and appropriate manner

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A 3rd Level Qualification

• 7+ Years Business Analysis experience

• Experience of Complex Financial products

• Previous experience managing phases of projects

• Good People Management experience

• Strong Change Management and Business Process experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
