Lead Software Tester required for 1 Year Contract based in Dublin.
Enterprise People are currently seeking a Lead Software Tester for a 1 Year Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Test Manager, the Lead Software Tester will prepare project plans, schedule test activities, provide estimates (low level & high level) and participate in resource workshops.
The Lead Software Tester will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help to define test strategy / test plans based on business requirements
• Document all problems and work to resolve them, reports progress on problem resolution to management
• Provide leadership to members within the project team
• Raise & track defects, highlight potential risks
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 4+ Years Testing experience
• 1+ Years Team Lead experience
• Sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures
• Strong Documentation experience
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
