Experienced Business Analyst required for leading South Dublin based client.
Enterprise People are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a leading client based in South Dublin. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the Business Analyst will join our client’s existing business team who work closely with the Project Management Office on a range of medium and large-scale projects.
The Business Analyst will help design and develop functional specifications and assist all business stakeholders (internal & external) in the prioritisation and phasing in of requirements across multiple projects / programmes of work.
The Business Analyst will have:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform Business Analysis on internal systems in collaboration with various IT and Business Stakeholders
• Understand business change and document requirements
• Work with process owners, IT, Quality Assurance, Project Management on multiple projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes
• Perform Gap Analysis and produce BRD’s
• Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure business requirements are understood
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A 3rd Level Qualification
• 5+ Years Business Analysis experience
• Ability to produce concise and accurate specifications of business needs
• Financial Services experience
• Understanding of the full SDLC
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
