Web Application Support Analyst required for leading multinational based in Dublin 18. The successful Web Application Support Analyst will join an existing team and will be involved in the support, maintenance, development, enhancement and implementation of applications for internal business customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client support for multiple global application environments (application and database)
• Perform SQL Server administration & development to maintain and enhance applications
• Maintain / modify data extractions
• Provide some analysis of business requirements / the selection of technical solutions
• Develop application test plans, documentation and undertake testing
• Provide flexible support & advice to other development & support teams internally & externally

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in application development and/or support
• Knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience of application implementation and support in large environment
• Strong knowledge of SOME OF: T-SQL, IIS, ASP.net , HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS
• ITIL experience (an advantage)
