Kildare Start: Immediate Duration: 3 months Job Type: Contract Introduction: We are seeking an Oracle Developer with Data Migration experience for one of our client. Role / Responsibilities The Oracle Data Migration Developer will form part of our clients Financial Shared Services (FSS) Project Team * Responsible for technical design, development, and production support of the data migration and integration capabilities * Working with both the technical team and the supporting system integrators * Transformation of the collected data into the correct formats for loading by the system implementer * Educating the business users on the correct structures to load and feeding back the results of trial migrations to ensure the final loads are as comprehensive as possible. Skills / Experience: Skills / Experience: * Experience in an Oracle eBS environment, with technical experience of Oracle eBS APIs, Oracle eBS Open Interfaces, Oracle ADI, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Master Data Management * Technical experience of Oracle ODI and Oracle SOA Suite Middleware would be an advantage * Oracle PL/SQL developer experience, preferably with some SQL Server experience * Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS P2P, INV, OTC and Finance modules * Technical or functional knowledge of legacy systems including Sage, Maximo, Avante and their associated technologies would be an advantage * Experience in the full data conversion lifecycle including data mapping, data cleansing, extraction, transformation, load and reconciliation * Experience in a range of interfacing approaches and technologies, particularly in non Oracle environments to Oracle EBS environments * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good problem solving skills focused on practical, cost-effective solutions About Us: ITech Consult has offices in Switzerland, Germany, UK and Ireland.
