Siebel Administrator required for busy CRM team based in Dublin City Centre.
Enterprise People are currently seeking a Siebel Administrator for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the IT Solutions Manager, the Siebel Administrator will join the existing Project team who are responsible for the support and configuration of our client’s Siebel system.
The Siebel Administrator will:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform Siebel upgrades and migrations
· Troubleshoot Siebel performance / technical issues
· File system management, issues currently with files such Diary and Documents that need addressing
· Manage Siebel Servers and Components; manage Web Servers such as Apache and IIS
· Troubleshoot Siebel Server Related issues and performance tuning
· Setting of Siebel developer’s tools/client
· Work on multiple projects simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A 3rd Level Qualification
- 5+ Years Siebel Development experience
- Experienced in all aspects of Siebel Development and Technologies
- Experienced in Siebel Configuration and Environment Management
- Any SQL/Plus. VB6.0, C#, ASP.NET or Source control tools (e.g. SVN) would be a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
