Data Scientist

Our client is a rapidly expanding analytics company based in Dublin with a global customer base who wants to hire Data Scientists to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

• You’ll be working with the product management team to help define and design new product features to meet market and customer needs.
• You’ll be working with the engineering team to help design features so that data mining possibilities are enhanced.
• You’ll be working with diverse data sets and helping to identify new data sets from our client’s installations.
• You’ll achieve all this by using the latest machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis and visualisation techniques

The Requirements

• You must be eligible to live and work in the EU on application
• You should familiarity with Linux and its data manipulation tools with expertise in bash scripting and Python
• You’ll have a proven record in working with data analysis, with a strong understanding of data mining and machine learning techniques
• You’ll have experience using cluster-based technologies to implement massive real-time solutions
• You’ll have extensive experience with the tools and techniques for data visualization, data analysis, etc.
• You’ll be educated to a degree level in Computer Science or related discipline
