Application Developer

Reporting to:

IT Director

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an Applications Developer to join our internal IT development\support team.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

1.                  Developing, maintaining and supporting IT Applications, including the assessment of functional needs to determine specifications and solutions.

2.                  Work on individual assigned projects, associated with the delivery of new Applications, Systems and Solutions.

3.                  Supporting users resolving technical problems associated with IT applications.

Experience Required

Programming - .NET, VB.NET, VBA, VB6 (would be an advantage).

Database Skills- SQL Server (preferable but not required).

Web - SharePoint 2010 / 2013, HTML/CSS

2-3 years’ experience working in industry (ideally within a professional services environment).

Education

Degree Level – Computer Discipline (preferably applications\development)
