Become Team Lead - Java or Scala

Perhaps you are an experienced Scala Software Engineer or Java Developer who wants to progress by taking a step up into a Lead Developer role?

Our client who are an established European company in the clean energy sector are setting up a development team here in Dublin. Projects will work with cutting-edge technologies, so you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to new technologies, and interesting projects.

Skill wise you must be either a Scala Developer or a Java Developer who has an interest in cross-training to Scala. Official Scala training courses will be offered with all expenses paid.

You must have a desire to step into a Team Lead/Lead Developer role, and enjoy such as step up to new responsibility.

Key Skills:

• Java.

• Scala

• Server-side development is a must.

• Scala or knowledge of or an interest in learning Scala if you are a Java Developer

• Object-Orientated Development

• Agile experience.

• Team Lead or Lead Developer ambitions.

• An interest in new technologies such as Big Data, IoT, etc
