What you will be doing in this Job:
* Client facing role, gathering requirements from clients and internal business stakeholders
* Developing overall testing strategy for project and communicating this to stakeholders
* Being the link between the technical architects and developers as well as non-technical personnel translating business requirements into functional requirements.
* Responsible for a team of testers mentoring less experienced analysts and motivating others to create innovative solutions
* Focus on the quality delivery for product releases

Remuneration & Benefits of this Job:
* €55-€60k per year

The ideal candidate will have some of the following:
* 3+ years' experience as a test lead managing a 3-4 or more testers
* 3+ years working as a QA tester across a variety of environments & industries
* Experience working on multiple project streams simultaneously
* Solid test strategy, planning & estimation experience
* Strong technical skills on Databases and familiar with OO Languages
* Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with internal and external stakeholders both technical and non-technical
* Strong communication written and verbal to concisely explain complex issues
