The Role:  
Firstly and importantly - this role will not focus heavily on business development! We have the clients, the IFSC is booming, we need recruiters to service the ever increasing levels of business. The focus will be to service current clients that are already well established within the business. You will focus on the International Financial Services Sector particularly the Tech/IT side within it. This will involve resourcing candidates, writing adverts, reviewing job specs, meeting candidates and clients, using social media to generate leads and presenting yourself and the company in a professional manner.

RTE News – March 2015. “The Government has set out a growth plan for the financial services sector today which it says will see the creation of 10,000 additional jobs in the sector by 2020. This will bring employment levels in the financial services sector from 35,000 to 45,000.”
