Senior Android Developer - Dublin – Greenfield Projects

 My client a leading e-commerce company based in south Dublin are looking for a Senior Android developer to join their highly talented R&D team.

 As the first Android developer you will have the responsibility several key applications for my client. These are greenfield applications which need to be built from scratch.

To be considered for this role you must have:

-          Bsc in computer science.

-          4+ years development experience, ideally have transitioned from a Java developer.

-          Minimum 2+ years’ experience working with Native Android Development.

-          Ideally you have experience working with Marshmallow however Lollipop will be satisfactory.

-          Experience with either Android studio or Eclipse.

-          Ideally you have worked on large scale commercial applications.

This is a great opportunity for a developer to move away from maintaining a company’s existing product. You will have complete ownership over the application taking control from initial design to implementation.
