Job Description: 

To supervise the operation of our point of sale software systems, report generator and BI dashboards to provide our retail teams with timely and accurate business reports.

 

You will manage our business intelligence reports and dashboards, monitoring the accuracy and quality of information presented. You will work with our management team and BI partners to develop new reports or dashboards.

 

You will support our retail, buying, warehouse, marketing and finance teams and troubleshoot day to day issues including transaction errors or software malfunctions. You will be responsible for raising and monitoring incident tickets on our software developers support database and supervising them through to successful conclusion.

 

Your will liaise with our software developers, testing new version releases and managing their installation.

 

Skills required:

 

·         Practical experience with Retail POS and stock management

·         Report writing

·         Software testing

·         Project management

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Attention to detail and working to deadlines

 

Experience of working with some of the following would be an advantage:

 

·         DataPA or QlikView BI dashboards

·         Crystal Reports

·         Excel and pivot tables
