Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a first level technical support resource with experience. You will be working in a very busy managed service operational environment:
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers while providing excellent customer service skills
- Log and escalate faults with relevant contacts and systems
- Manage incidents through to resolution
- Use network monitoring tools to assess issues
- Manage the prioritisation of issues
- Resolve issues
Requirements / Experience
- 2+ years Telecoms support experience
- Experience of ISP or networking
- Knowledge of managed MPLS Network
- xDSL, Wireless, Fibre and 3G connectivity
- Knowledge of IP architecture, VOIP and support of PBX
- CCNA certification advantageous
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Clear communication skills with technical issues
- Analytical skills
