Senior Application Support Analyst x2
Our client, a global market-leader based in Dublin 18, requires 2 experienced Senior Application Support Analysts for permanent positions. The successful Senior Application Support Analysts will join an existing team and will be involved in the support, maintenance, enhancement and implementation of applications for my Clients worldwide teams and customers. You will also be involved in maintenance and small developments of existing and future developments.

Principal Accountabilities
Provide second line / 2nd line support
Provide Client support for multiple global application environments (application and database)
SQL Server administration
Maintain / modify data extractions
Provide some analysis of business requirements / the selection of technical solutions
Develop application test plans, documentation and undertake testing
Provide flexible support & advice to other development & support teams internally & externally

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008R2, 2012
Experience of application implementation and support in large environment
Experience of DTS and/or SSIS maintenance and development
Strong knowledge of ONE OR MORE: T-SQL , IIS, ASP.net , HTML, JavaScript, XML (an advantage)
ITIL experience (an advantage)
