Day Rate - 390 - 410 eur DOE

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.
* Conduct development activities such as coding, testing and documentation.
* Deliver technical solutions within the agreed time, cost and quality boundaries.
* Adhere to all Central Bank Software Development Lifecycle practices throughout the project.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvements at both a delivery and project level.
* Liaise with business and IT stakeholders such as Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Lead Solution Developer and Quality Assurance.
* As the opportunity arises provide technical advice and guidance in the development of solutions.

The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role.
* Thorough knowledge and experience of designing and implementing solutions using Angular SPA architecture, and demonstration of having a thorough knowledge of Angular concepts, application design and best practices
* Significant experience as a Software Developer in Typescript/JavaScript
* Strong knowledge of C#, .NET and .NET Core
* Experience of working in Agile development Teams
* Typically, 5 years' experience minimum as a Software Developer with 3 years+ experience in Typescript/JavaScript
* Thorough knowledge of Angular concepts
* Knowledge of Angular application design best practices and patterns
* Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Angular SPA architecture
* Strong knowledge of C#,.NET and .NET Core
* Good understanding and recent experience designing REST style API
* Experience designing Back End for Single Page Applications using C# and Microsoft WebAPI
* Knowledge of build and deployment best practice, including package management
* Knowledge of testing frameworks - both Server Side and client-side
* Familiarity with principles of Federated Identity Management - ideally ADFS and WS-Federation, although other products and protocols also acceptable
* Experience of working in Agile development Teams
