Technical Support Engineer L1
Our client, a trusted managed service provider is on the hunt for a L1 Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Waterford. This is a support position that requires strong communication and customer service skills.
This role will suit an ambitious junior / graduate who has hunger to learn and progress in the ICT space.
Your new role

line Technical Support
· Log all reported incidents via phone, email and portal tickets
· Manage tickets in line with SLA’s
· Escalate to L2 when needed
· Providing excellent customer services to client in a professional and efficient manner
· Any other duties that may come with the role
What we need
· Degree in IT or equivalent
· 2+ years’ experience in customer facing role (IT industry is desirable)
· Quick learner & ability to work in fast-paced environmen
· A strong customer-focused communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience with Office 365, Antivirus & Cloud computing
