Technical Support Analyst - Hybrid
Our client, a global leading financial law firm are searching for an experienced technical support analyst to join their team in Dublin. This is a support position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge. This role is perfect for a mid-senior level individual who wants to develop their career with a top-class company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proving end-user IT support & resolving issues where possible. Providing occasionally out-of-hours support on an ad-hoc basis.
- Software and hardware installation and maintenance. Deployment of applications & optimising systems' security, reliability and performance.
- Telephony and videoconference support. Deploying smartphones and other mobile devices and supports.
- Carry out any other duties appropriate with the purpose of the job.
Skills & Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- A Bachelors in Information Technology & at least 1 year experience in similar role
- Applicants with 4+ years' experience of working on a busy IT Service Desk in the legal industry, are also invited to apply.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, & ITIL.
- Knowledge of law-firm technologies such as Aderant Expert, iManage.
- Good understanding of cyber security principles and best practice.
- Ability and willingness to occasionally work outside normal working hours/days when requested. Travel to regional offices as required.
