Overview:
ERGO is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Engineers for our nightshift. We are looking for Helpdesk/Support engineering professionals who are looking for a challenge in a dynamic environment.

The role will be 5 days over 7 and will come with full support & training for the right candidate

So, what do you need?

* Knowledge of PC hardware and software
* Knowledge of MS office 2013, O365
* Ms Teams.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
* Knowledge of Network Equipment Switch, routers
* Understand LAN /TCPIP

The Offer:
The right candidate will be on €30k salary plus OT of 25% (€37.5K PA), plus an attractive benefits package.
