IT Delivery Manager, 12+ Months (Migration To Cloud)

My client, a well-respected company in their industry have just reached out to me with a requirement for an IT Delivery Manager. This role will be across their Data Centre / Cloud (AWS) Transformation Portfolio.

This will be an initial 12 month daily rate contract, it will roll.

Strong daily rate available. Highly flexible working arrangement.

The successful candidate must be based in the Republic of Ireland for contractual reasons.

My client's ideal candidate will have a strong technical awareness and background in Cloud Technologies - AWS, Linux, Wintel. Strong experience of cloud implementation of software application integrations and a solid understanding of infrastructure technology deployments into AWS / MS Azure production environments from a technical and business impact perspective. This is a technical and customer facing role, working within an Agile and Waterfall environment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

* 8+ Years IT Delivery Management / Project Management Experience.
* Knowledge of IT and Digital systems, including experience of leading significant projects involving infrastructure, applications, and cloud-based technologies.
* Beneficial to have experience of AWS or similar.
* Excellent Stakeholder / Vendor Management Ability, Strong Communication Skills.
* Technical Background is preferred.
* Relationship Management, Governance, Risk Management.
* Familiar with a blend of Agile & Waterfall Environments.
