Lead Product Designer

Join one of Irelands fastest growing tech companies. Specialising in an Ecommerce platfrom reaching over 50 countries worldwide, you will work alongside the Design managers to lead a team of high performing Senior designers. The ideal candidate will hold a holistic UX process and follow a user centred approach to decision making. You will be essential for ensuring the cross-functional project team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

* Mentor more junior designers on projects and career progression
* Work in a cross-functional agile environment.
* Create wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, mock-ups and fidelity.
* Lead a team of designers, while maintaing a hands on approach.
* Lead design projects from Concept to finished product.

Requirements:

* 5+ years experience
* Experience dealing with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong presentation and managment skills.
* Previous experience on a SaaS or Ecommerce platform
* Strong use of several design tools.
