TalentScope Recruitment Solutions are hiring a Level 2 IT Support Engineer for their Managed Services client in a permanent capacity.
The role will involve direct interaction with customers on a daily basis, a busy work environment, high levels of attention to detail and a strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues for the customer.
Essential Skills to Include
*Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience within an Irish MSP, providing support to multiple clients/customers via Service Desk/Phone/Email.
*4 years of Windows Server Support
*Experience in Office 365 Support
*Active Directory/Exchange
*Network Printer support
*Good Network support skills (Routers/Switches)
*Firewalls/Antivirus (SonicWALL, Fortinet)
*Full Clean Irish Drivers License preferred.
Excellent English skills both written and verbal required. This role will not sponsor a work permit application down the line so candidates must have EU passport or Stamp 4 work permit at present.
Interviews to be based in Dublin - candidates should be available in Dublin for interview.
