* Minimum 2 years' experience in Desktop support role.
* Responsible for troubleshooting on a second line basis. Perform second line technical fixes.
* Work alongside where and when necessary with 3rd level and specialist teams in regards to higher level issues.
* Exposure to having worked with Citrix Workspace - Citrix VDI.
* Experience in IOS & Android support.
* Office 365 & Windows OS experience desired.
