Contract Manager
12 Month Rolling Daily Rate Contract
I have just had a 'Contract Manager' daily rate contract requirement called into me for a Global Irish Brand.
The 'Contract Manager' will manage all contractual related activities within the company's Technology Unit for IT suppliers, IT partners and IT service delivery.
Key High-Level Responsibilities
* Review all current contracts to ensure the company's Technology Unit remains in compliance to all contractual obligations, and to ensure all contracted commitments are delivered into the Technology Unit.
* Review all existing contracts to assess impact and cost as the company's Technology Unit migrates services across to cloud platforms. Where new contracts are required, ensure that they meet the needs of the company's Technology unit.
* Manage all contractual related activities within the company's Technology unit for IT suppliers, IT partners and IT service delivery.
Strong daily rate available.
The role will be 4 days remote working, 1 day onsite.
The successful candidate must be based in the Republic of Ireland for contractual reasons.
Required:
* Worked as a Contract Manager, with strong experience across IT systems & business process.
* Proven track record of managing multiple vendors outsource deals with deep understanding of contracts and pricing schedules.
* Evidence of leading complex contract negotiations.
* Experience of presenting to a senior audience.
* Evidence of demonstrating and deploying good contractual and commercial awareness.
* Track record of managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
* IT systems & operations knowledge
* IT policy management & governance or IT audits
* Excellent negotiation, communication & influencing skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage effective working relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
* Understanding the IT landscape of the enterprise and role of vendors and contract management within it.
* Jira, Confluence, ITIL Experience
