Aspira is looking for a Training Administrator for a 24-month contract, which is working under a hybrid model (1 day onsite a week) to help with the design, and implementation management of a number of IT systems projects and strategic digitalisation initiatives.
Role
* Work closely with various management teams in sponsoring and driving project success across all functions
* Maintenance of training materials used by the PMO to educate all stakeholders
* Involvement in the creation and implementation of training programs
* Management of communications and working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
* Recommend improvements
* Ensure best practice and that employees follow established policies
* Reporting on training activities
Requirements and skills
* Proven experience as a Training Administrator,
* Experience working in a PMO environment
* Experience working with Oracle
* Excellent communication skills
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
* Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
* Outstanding communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
