Systems Analyst Team Lead
Exciting new Team Lead role with a very successful multinational FinTech company in Dublin city centre. The systems analyst department supports their wide range of enterprise customers and plays a vital role in the high functioning nature of my clients platform.
The role will still retain hands-on elements but will predominantly focus on delegating work, creating end goals for the team and mentoring more junior members. You'll also provide expert level technical support and admin for upgrading their clients production environments. You'll be the lead project planner and will be the person regularly communicating with the team to put the best plans in place for solving customer issues.
Desired Experience:
* 6-8 years plus experience in a systems analyst/support role (ideally within financial services)
* 1-2 years in a Team Lead role
* Hands on experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle
* Experience supporting a SaaS environment
* Knowledge of Azure
* VMware
* Good SQL experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Experience in a financial trading environment would be a big plus
