IT Support Analyst – Fully Remote in Ireland

We currently have an opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our clients Technology Team. This is for a fixed term contract with a possibility of extension. Working closely with the Senior IT Analyst, you will gain valuable experience in the space. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for IT admin, support & account management.

Requirements

● 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

● Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

● Experience with ticket management & providing customer support.

● Experience with EPOS management.

● Experience with eCommerce.

Personal Skills

● Good standard of communication, both written and verbal.

● Collaborate and work well within a close-knit team.

● Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

● Solid work ethic.

Remuneration

● Salary 35k-40k
