Global organisation urgently seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst who will interface between the business (Cross-functional departments across the world) and the key external Software Vendor teams in the development & implementation of a new Document Workflow Solution as part of one of the organisation's key strategic Business Programs in 2022.
We are seeking a Technical BA who can engage with both business relationship managers (requirements analysis, workshops, etc) and technical teams (eg. integrating supplier master data, ERP Specialists, etc) and who is able to perform Technical BA tasks through the full solution delivery lifecycle, including testing to post-go live implementation.
Role:
* Consulting with key Senior business & technical stakeholders
* Define Requirements, process analysis and involvement in solution design
* Support the Program & Project team by analysing & specifying requirements for the configuration of the enterprise solution - such as templates, master data definitions, workflow approval, etc
* Preparation of data for legacy system migration, engaging with supplier data management teams and internal IT data systems teams
* Represent the business through all stages of the solution delivery lifecycle
* Process improvements & change to complement the new Enterprise Software Solution
* Conducting needs analyses, understanding business change & data flow processes, defining systems specifications and involvement in testing through to implementation
Experience Required:
* Degree or above in Business Systems, Business Studies, IT, Computer Science, Technology or similar
* 5+ years experience as a Technical BA or IT Business Analyst within a large, matrix organisation
* Excellent business and technical knowledge
* Proven ability working on Enterprise Software Solutions & large scale Data / Software projects
* Excellent requirements gathering and business systems analysis experience
* Technical background with Business Analysis project experience working with ERP type solutions (such as Salesforce, SAP, etc) or contract management / Document management solutions
* Ideally, experience of Enterprise Document Workflow or Document Management solutions
* Excellent communication skills
Contract rate: DOE, (guiding €450-475pd but flexible)
Contract duration: 6 months, extendable
