Ergo are seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer for a permanent position with our client in Dublin city centre. You will join a large team of IT specialists supporting a number of public sector clients on Windows 10 / O365 stack.

This is currently a hybrid although an onsite presence may be required in the future.

What will you do?

* Provide remote and desktop support to local users on Microsoft stack
* Get involved in project work
* IT Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server environment
* System backups and storage
* Network monitoring and support

You should have experience in some / all of the following?

* 3+ years in a similar role (Level 2 Engineer, Systems Administrator)
* Windows Server
* Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, GPO
* VDI solutions - VMWare Horizon / Citrix XenDesktop / AVD
* Software deployment and patching - SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Manager, etc.
* Professional certifications an advantage
