Overview: Ergo are a managed services company which employs over 500 staff. We provide a managed service across the whole IT spectrum and we have over 200k end users and are Ireland's largest Microsoft partner.

Ergo are currently seeking to recruit a Field Engineer for our client based in Dublin. The successful candidate will need a 2nd-line desktop support skill base and will need to be able to drive (the position comes with a van and fuel card). The position is also hybrid, which can offer a good work life balance.

Duties

General IT Support, Backfill, Break Fix Tickets & Scheduled Visits

Software and Hardware fixes

* Supporting Microsoft Products
* Virtualisation,
* Active Directory
* Group Policy
* MS Office and MS Exchange/O365
* Windows 10 Client devices

Skills & Experience Required:

* A full driving licence
* The ability to operate independently
* 2nd Line desktop support skill base
