Customer Support Engineer
Location: Dublin
Salary: €45,000-€55,000
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Support Engineer to join a growing organisation based in Dublin. The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling support operations and customer onboarding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Organise information based on Customer Support recorded in Salesforce
* Manage customer onboarding and readiness
* Compare support performance against company KPI's
* Create new customer operational processes and support contracts
* Understand risk and security
Job Requirements:
* Background in Business Admin
* Previous experience of management reporting solutions
* Strong communication skills both in person and virtually, as well as organisational skills
* Raise risks to Manager and Director
* Previous experience in a role involving problem solving that required analytical qualities
