Responsibilities:
- Uses a variety of sourcing methods (competitive intelligence, referrals, LinkedIn, Social media, etc.) this individual will proactively seek and evaluate qualified candidates with relevant skillsets and industry experience.
- Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
- Generate detailed job descriptions and advertise for the company
- Proactively reaches out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
- Promotes our Employer Brand when they reach out to candidates on various platforms
- Continue to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
- Follows up on employee referrals
- Reference checking, updating CV’s and other admin duties as assigned
- Support the Technical Recruiters
Requirements
- Has knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Technical Degree
