Due to a successful year and expansion, Aspira are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our successful Resource Acquisition Team. The recruiter will work across all our service offerings – Project Resourcing, Advisory, Training & Technology Services.
This role is offered as Cork or Dublin based, and with approximately 75% remote working
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Third level qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record interfacing with candidates and clients
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Deadline oriented
Responsibilities
- Build on relationships with internal stakeholders / hiring managers with the objective of exceeding expectations in talent acquisition
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Responsible for candidate life cycle, including determining applicant qualifications by analysing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, conducting interviews, verifying references
- Manage and monitor the execution of Technical Tests and/or SME interviews as required
- Attract applicants by placing and managing job advertisements, using the company website and third-party job sites
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
- Maintain regular contact with possible, current and future candidates to build a robust pipeline
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
- Attend all assigned meetings and provide end of week progress report to the line manager
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on all records on IT systems as required (Applicant Tracking System, CRM, MS Teams, SharePoint etc).
