Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Dublin
Salary: €50,000-55,000
To all Business Systems Analysts, our client of whom is one of the leading specialist IT security consultancies in Ireland. Our client is growing extremely quickly and are seeking to find a motivated individual who is prepared to continuously learn and improve their skillset. The successful applicant will report to the Senior Systems Analyst.
The day-to-day role involves:
* Managing cases and fixing broken systems
* Assisting users of the system and boosting its benefits
* Developing upgrade projects
* Developing different tools within Salesforce
The experience you need:
* It's vital to have experience using Salesforce
* Experience using Einstein Analytics or equivalent experience
* Strong presentation skills
* You need to be a people person - both online and face to face
* Skills in collating and scrutinising data
* Experience in reporting in areas such as Finance, management of Supply Chains and recognising revenue
* Qualification in Salesforce Admin (essential)
